This post is what I hope will be the beginning of a successful blog regarding my legal practice. After practicing for fifteen years, I encounter similar situations and the same questions often enough that I could write a book. Maybe I will. Stay tuned. Until then, I am hoping that my blog can help educate people just as I do in my office. I find that most people feel empowered the more information they have, and I hope to help people know more about the legal process specifically regarding personal injury and criminal cases. Most of the time, people come into my office, even if they do not retain me, simply because they just need some questions answered. Often, I tell people that they do not need to hire a lawyer. Just by giving folks the information, I may have saved them some money and trouble. Sometimes, they decide they need to retain me, and we work together to resolve their situation. I am hopeful that this blog helps others in the same way. Please feel free to check out my website and my Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Google Plus pages for notifications regarding updates to this blog. As always, I look forward to helping people during their time of need, and I am looking forward to doing that through this venue.
