About Youth Music Project

Established in 2015, Youth Music Project is a philanthropic initiative sponsored by the Stevenson Klotz Law Firm. Our primary goals are to provide local young musicians with the opportunity to perform publicly, provide them with new or gently used instruments, sound equipment and professional instruction and the funding of our Essay and Music Writing Scholarships to help support and inspire their musical growth.

We need your help… Please consider donating an instrument today!

The elimination of music classes and musical program from many of our area schools has had a serious effect on our youth wishing to learn music. If you would like to have a positive impact on young local musicians, please consider making a gift today. If you have operable instruments of any kind that you no longer use and would like to donate, please contact us as we can find a home for it with a young musician who needs help. Please make your instrument donation today, or contact us at: (850) 378‑5390 to arrange for your instrument, equipment or instructional donations.

Our objective is to encourage young musicians, expand their abilities, and to create quality performance opportunities.

The Youth Music Project hopes to encourage and build productive avenues for musical growth and exploration and to spur young people’s ownership of their musical interests. Music’s influence lasts a lifetime and will foster insight, joy, and maturity for those that pursue it.

Supporting the musical development of young musicians

The Youth Music Project was established in 2015 to nurture and expand the musical and performance abilities of young musicians in throughout the greater Pensacola, Northwest Florida, and Mobile, Alabama areas.

The Youth Music Project has three primary goals. One is to provide an opportunity for young musicians to perform publicly and, secondly, to provide them with new or gently used instruments, sound equipment and professional instruction and, thirdly, our Essay and Music Writing Scholarships to help support their musical growth. We believe music is a vital, inspiring, and positive force in the lives of many of our youth, and we want to support them in their growth.
